In the recent past there was news that Apple has been
granted the patent for the “slide to unlock” feature that was released on the
first generation iPhone and mirrored by several other.
Not getting into the legal mechanics, but for all reasons of
probability and possibility other smart phone manufactures will soon have to
find alternatives.
Derived from my sense of usability, these are my ideas on trendy
ways of unlocking:
1. A combination lock
2. A vault lock
3. A word finder
Now let your imagination run through these.
